YOU Determine Your Own Success.
Welcome ... and Thank You for visiting my site. I know you will find this time well spent. You will come to see ... like I have ... that the closer you look at building a unicitynetwork.com virtual store ... at "Internet Speed" ... the more you will see this as the most compelling opportunity of this century ... and a lot of FUN!
My objectives for this site are two fold. First, to introduce myself, my family, and share my philosophy about business. Secondly, to provide helpful information about our company, the cutting edge products we exclusively market, and the opportunity you have in front of you.
My Personal Background
I was raised in a small East coast town with a strong work ethic and values based on integrity and trust. My Dad worked long hours and most of his career at one company ... and did receive his "gold watch" and a pension. He thought I should do the same thing.
At a time in my life when all I wanted to do was to be free and have fun ... my Dad said ... "Son, you need to go to college ... and find a good company to spend your life". Not knowing any better ... I acquired a bachleor's degree and master's degree in Engineering, and an MBA in business.
Early on I married my wife Kay, and quickly we brought our two daughters ... Laura and Jennifer into the world. Shortly thereafter, we set out for the California Gold rush of the 70's. This was my first exposure to the fact that hard work wasn't the only thing that would get you promoted. It also depended on whom you knew. I held many different Corporate Management positions ... but both Kay and I grew tired of the long hours, travel, and politics.
After learning these valuable lessons ... I set out with no background, training or experience to have a business of my own. Fortunately, I didn't have enough money ... or desire ... to get into a "brick and mortar" business ... and put myself into prison for life. So I pursued the Financial Services industry and residual income.
The next lesson I learned is ... you don't build a business overnight! Without a wealthy estate behind me ... I was forced to sell my home and subject Kay and my daughters to a life of poverty for three to five years ... in order to obtain "Time Freedom" ... OR put my dreams in the closet and find some linear income ... money in exchange for time spent.
About that time, I saw a new trend called Information Technol
